1. 分析电控系统需求并接口硬件、系统等职能完成需求分析与确认； 2. 负责电控整机集成设计、关键组件设计，高压安全设计（电气绝缘与爬电距离等）； 3. 可组织/指导零部件工程师按流程开展设计评审与迭代，并统筹关联问题解决； 4. 负责电控冷却水道、密封类方案与结构设计； 5. 负责零件详细数模设计和图纸、订货规范、客户技术资料等文档的编撰、审核和发布； 6. 负责供应商技术交流与供应商技术评审，并跟进供应商后续开模和技术认可； 7. 协调组织零部件的加工、样品装配、样品试验等； 8. 电控总成和零部件的试验验证计划的制定与试验过程中技术支持； 9. 关键前瞻技术感知与预研，并可支撑后续工业化落地评估。

1. 机械制造及自动化、机械电子、车辆工程等专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 具有5年及以上电力电子控制器结构开发经验（有电控整机全流程开发经验者优先考虑）； 3. 具有电控整机和零部件的工艺开发知识和经验； 4. 掌握可靠性设计与分析五大模块（功能、寿命、载荷、失效、失效率），可用可靠性思维指导设计与分析流程，能操作可靠性工具者更佳 5. 具有较强的机械设计和理论分析&计算能力，熟悉零部件的设计方法和加工工艺； 6. 熟悉汽车行业产品开发流程和工具； 7. 积极主动，沟通学习能力强，有自我驱动意识和目标导向意识。
