一、职位描述 1、了解全球税法政策变化趋势，评估海外当地税务合规情况，提前预判影响并识别可改进方向； 2、基于业务规划和海外市场拓展节奏，出具高质量且可落地的税务解决方案，包括海外投资架构设计、贸易路径优化、股权架构安排等； 3、负责应对海外税务机关的税务稽查和问询，准备审计所需的税务数据、抗辩材料及证明文件，妥善处理当地税务审计或检查； 4、建立/优化总部视角的海外税务工作标准流程和管理制度。

1、8年以上海外税管理工作经验，有汽车制造业公司税务工作经验或有四大国际税咨询工作经验者更优； 2、成功意愿强烈，有较强的系统化思维能力、沟通和协同能力、有很好的自驱力； 3、本科及以上学历； 4、英文可作为工作语言。
