1、参与制定前期项目质量策划，质量目标，项目质量方案； 2、参与项目阶段质量设备规划与评估，参与质量设备验收，对规划设备给出质量专业性评审意见； 3、依据项目工业化计划制定质量产品审核计划，组织AUDIT质量评审会，制定降分目标和计划，推动产品审核问题及目标达成； 4、参与前期试验样机评审,并对样机装配过程和产品质量状态给出专业意见，充分识别各节点质量问题和风险； 5、拉通研发质量，工厂质量及ODT成员进行质量专项活动，识别试验，装配，拧紧等专项活动风险； 6、编制产品审核规范，作业指导书，组织动静态试验评审，并对增程器PV及一致性进行管控。

1、本科或以上学历，车辆工程，机械制造，材料类等相关专业； 2、8年以上增程器/发动机过程质量或项目质量工作经验； 3、熟悉增程器结构及工作原理，熟悉发动机生产制造工艺； 4、熟悉VDA6.5产品审核，有现场审核工作经验，对增程器装配/拧紧过程要素及风险具备识别能力； 5、熟悉整车/零部件项目开发流程，有数字工业化导入经验者优先； 6、具有良好的团队意识和沟通协调能力，为人正直，具有创新，挑战精神。
