职位描述 1、媒介策略规划：基于营销战略规划制定媒介策略，把控传播节奏。通过全流程执行监管，实现传播效能最大化； 2、数据洞察能力：建立科学的传播效果评估体系，运用数据分析工具和方法，明确分平台定位、转化效能和人群效率洞察等，以数据驱动策略迭代； 3、媒体关系维护：拓展核心媒体库（党央媒、Social Media及线下渠道）并进行评估分析，优化媒介资源结构，建立长期稳定的良好关系； 资源成本优化：充分参与预算分配和资源计划，完成媒介目标同时，可兼顾费效比； 4、代理有效牵引：帮助供应商策略模型和执行能力迭代，注重过程质量监管，有效牵引需求承接到落地全流程，项目结束后提交深度媒介复盘；

职位要求 1、本科及以上，5年以上媒介策略操盘或媒介执行工作经验； 2、具备一定核心媒体资源积累； 3、深刻认知线上、线下各核心媒体平台定位和优缺点； 4、具备较强的数据处理和分析能力； 5、积极主动，具备较强跨部门沟通协作能力；
