1、负责研发安抛（安全+抛锚）预防专项，为研发安抛目标达成负责。 2、负责研发安抛问题解决，保障无风险闭环； 3、负责研发安抛问题复盘，迭代安抛预防开发需求和验收标准知识库； 4、负责开发过程安抛失效分析FTA，制定安抛预防开发及验收需求； 5、负责开发过程评审活动，包括功能方案，功能安全方案，ECU故障诊断等； 6、负责开发过程安抛需求验收，管控安抛风险； 7、负责安抛类云端预警产品的建立与运营。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上功能安全，诊断开发或功能开发经验； 2、熟悉三电系统、制动转向系统、低压供电等功能实现逻辑及安抛类失效模式； 3、熟悉功能安全开发流程，并有相关落地项目经验优先； 4、有敏锐的观察力及执行力，良好的质量思维和闭环意识； 5、较强的系统性逻辑思维能力、良好的量化总结能力、优秀的组织协调能力。
