1. 独立完成概念设计并提出符合品牌形象的设计方案，培训和提升团队成员的能力； 2. 结合零售业趋势进行前瞻性空间设计研发，确保设计匹配品牌的一致性。 3. 制定品牌终端形象升级目标,更新并迭代品牌SI手册。 4. 协同内外部专家进行零售门店、车展展台、办公区域、充电站、建筑外立面...等多种品牌空间设计。 5. 跨部门协作与成本控制，协调销售、运营、营销、品牌、产品设计和视觉参与设计协作；与跨部门职能团队协商成本优化方案，落实方案落地以匹配公司成本目标。

1. 建筑学或室内设计本科及以上学历； 2. 5~8年及以上大型国际设计公司或者直营品牌门店设计工作经验，如：酒店设计 办公设计 或者行业头部者； 3. 直营门店品牌经验者优先； 4. 具有出色的创造力和创新能力，能够主导重大项目的设计，能够将设计理念和设计标准快速延展在空间设计项目中； 5. 具有较强的组织能力、沟通能力和关系管理能力； 6. 能够平衡设计、运营需求和预算目标，从而创造出优良的商店商业零售空间； 7. 熟悉并了解建筑室内规范以及熟知施工细节和施工文件制作规范。 8. 熟悉并运用Autocad、Sketchup、PS等各类设计软件； 9. 出色的概念三维思维和图形表达能力，有效传达设计思想。
