1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、车辆工程、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2.5 年以上配置管理 / 运营维护经验，3 年以上汽车电子 ECU 领域实战经验优先； 3.具备复杂系统配置管理体系搭建经验，主导过 2 个以上配置管理优化项目； 4.精通 Python/Shell 脚本开发，熟悉 CI/CD 工具链（Jenkins/GitLab 等），有完整自动化方案落地案例； 5.掌握配置管理工具（Git/SVN/Jira），熟悉 ISO26262、ASPICE 等体系对配置管理的要求； 6.具备全栈开发能力者优先（如 Java/Go 语言、前端框架），能参与管理平台后端开发。
