岗位职责 1、负责AI眼镜从立项至量产阶段的质量策划，参与EVT/DVT/PVT/MP各阶段评审，整体把控质量阀标准和风险 2、参与技术交流与硬件设计评审，总结行业和历史经验教训，在设计端充分识别和预防质量风险 3、制定整机和物料的可靠性、性能、环境、EMC等设计验证计划，跟进测试结果，组织失效分析和整改 4、跟进试产结果并协助分析问题，推动设计、工艺、物料等问题分析和改善 5、拉通硬件与软件的测试策略，覆盖固件、APP、语音交互、OTA等 6、主导硬件设计质量问题的失效分析，运用 8D、5Why、DOE 等定位根因并推动改善 7、定期复盘硬件设计问题，推动设计优化和变更，持续沉淀和完善知识库

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，电子、机械、质量工程等相关专业 2、5 年以上智能硬件/消费电子 DQE、SQE或可靠性工程经验，有手机/手表/眼镜等经验者优先 3、熟悉消费电子产品可靠性测试标准与安规认证等 4、至少一款产品完整的立项到量产经历，熟悉IPD开发流程 5、熟练APQP、FMEA、NUDD、DOE、8D 等质量工具和手法 6、沟通能力强，具备较强的供应商谈判与推动整改能力
