1. 负责关节模组（电机+减速器+驱动板一体化）项目的全生命周期管理，制定项目计划、里程碑和交付标准。 2. 协调结构传动、电机驱控、嵌入式软硬件、通讯等各专业组，拉通开发节奏，管理跨部门依赖。 3. 管理供应商交付：电机、减速器等关键物料的打样、定点、进度和质量跟踪，组织双供应商对标测试并输出选型依据。 4. 组织软硬件版本管理与兼容性评估，制定并维护版本发布流程。 5. 推动模组级测试计划落地，跟踪电流环、转矩精度、可靠性等关键指标的测试闭环。 6. 定期输出项目状态汇报，识别进度/质量/资源风险并推动解决，组织周会与组会。

1. 本科及以上学历，机电、自动化、电子等相关专业，3年以上硬件产品开发项目管理经验。 2. 熟悉电机驱动或无刷电机产品开发流程，理解关节模组或类似机电一体化产品的技术栈。 3. 有跨部门、跨供应商协调经验，能独立推动供应商定点与交付问题闭环。 4. 熟悉软硬件版本管理、测试流程，有量产或准量产项目经验者优先。 5. 结果导向，抗压能力强，沟通直接高效。
