1. 质量体系建立与运维：建立、维护、更新质量管理体系文件，覆盖智驾域控、推理芯片、云推服务器、机器人多产品线；跟踪 IATF 16949 / ISO 9001以及相关行业标准条款并转化为可执行流程 2. 内部审核与管理评审：制定年度内审计划并组织执行，跟踪不符合项闭环；组织管理评审输入输出及决议落地 3. 外部审核应对：主导/应对第三方认证审核（IATF 16949 等）与客户体系二方审核，负责不符合项闭环 4. 合规与风险：监控标准、法规、客户新要求，评估影响并推动流程更新，确保运营符合标准要求、过审合规、不出风险 5. 新产品线体系扩展：针对芯片/服务器/机器人评估体系扩展路径（ISO 26262 功能安全、ISO 27001、ASPICE 等），为 DQE/PQE/SQE 提供体系工具支持

2. 本科及以上，5 年以上汽车行业质量体系经验，3 年以上独立负责体系运维 3. 精通 IATF 16949，有主导 0→1 搭建或换证通过经验 4. 持有 IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 内审员证书（VDA 6.3 证书优先） 5. 熟悉 APQP/PPAP 全套流程，能独立编写评审体系文件 6. 英语读写熟练（能读标准原文、应对英文审核） 7. 智驾域控/自动驾驶芯片质量体系经验者优先 8. ISO 26262、ISO 27001、ASPICE 经验者优先 9. 主机厂客户二方审核主导经验者优先
