The posting

职位描述 1、负责全公司MRO及工厂服务品类（包括工厂维保服务、备品备件、废物处置、工具、劳保用品等）的采购战略制定、供应商寻源、评估、选择与合同签订。 2、主导并执行招标、询价、谈判等采购流程，确保过程合规、透明、高效。 3、与供应商进行商业谈判，优化采购总成本，达成年度降本目标。 4、起草、评审和管理MRO及工厂服务品类合同，确保合同条款充分覆盖质量、服务、风险和法律合规性要求。 5、建立并维护合格的MRO及工厂服务品类供应商库，对现有供应商进行绩效评估（QCDS：质量、成本、交付、服务）和定期审核。 6、开发和管理潜在的新供应商资源，推动供应商资源的优化和整合。 7、处理与供应商相关的日常运营问题，协调解决在服务交付过程中出现的争议和异常。

1、学历与经验： 统招全日制本科及以上学历，采购管理、供应链管理、环境工程、化学、工商管理等相关专业优先。具备5年以上间接采购或服务采购经验，有废物处置、环保服务或工业服务采购经验者优先。 2、精通采购端到端流程管理，能管理日常采购项目的执行，可以制定重大采购项目的采购策略，熟练使用各类采购系统，对采购流程及交付管理负责； 3、对一个或多个领域的供应商现状、供应市场、成本构成、品类风险等有深入的理解； 4、有较强的业务前瞻性，出色的商务谈判能力及市场分析预测能力，能引导内部变革及推进变革落地； 5、具备优秀的体系性思考能力和逻辑分析能力，能够熟练应用管理分析工具、战略制定与决策工具等解决工作问题； 6、成熟稳重、积极乐观、抗压能力强，能适应变化，具有良好的职业道德；具备较强的抗压能力和业务影响力，能在压力下寻求解决方案和变革；结果导向，有责任感。 7、有管理多地点、全国范围采购项目经验者优先；持有CPSM、CIPS等采购认证者优先；有汽车制造业或大型离散制造行业工作经验者优先；熟悉SAP、Ariba等采购管理系统者优先。
