1. 负责自研服务器新产品导入工作，满足项目各阶段样件需求； 2. 协助采购完成代工厂的审核和定点； 3. 负责新产品各个阶段（EVT/DVT/PVT）的物料准备工作，主要是代工厂无法准备的长周期物料； 4. 负责新产品各阶段样件试制（EVT/DVT/PVT/量产前）准备工作，包括试制计划，物料准备，生产设备准备等； 5. 制定新产品的工艺流程文件，DFM分析文件 6. 参加新产品相关会议，包括项目周会议和代工厂周例会； 7. 协助新产品试制过程中质量问题的总结，改善跟进和问题关闭； 8. 负责产品设计和生产相关变更的评估和实施；

1. 全日制本科及以上学历； 2. 5年以上服务器（尤其AI服务器）NPI项目管理经验，熟练掌握NPI项目管理知识和方法； 3. 熟悉服务器新产品的生产和工艺流程，熟悉服务器整机硬件NPI全流程； 4. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，做事主动积极、对结果负责，有较强的执行力； 5. 有研发端NPI导入经验优先；
