1、为自研 NPU 芯片设计架构友好的编程语言，编程模型，编程界面，编程范式 2、构建高性能编译器(打通编程语言和自研芯片)、运行时(固件)、高性能库，构建AI编译工具链产品化底座; 3、构建自研 NPU 芯片的工具链，包括汇编器，反汇编器，链接器，调试器，trace 工具； 4、针对业务负载优化编程语言，编译器，提升业务负载性能； 5、开源生态 NPU 芯片适配，扩展 Trion, Pytorch, MLIR AI 等开源生态自研 NPU 后端。

1、具有 5 年以上编译器开发或相关领域的工作经验； 2、熟悉NPU/GPGPU体系结构以及基本的编程模式； 3、深入理解编译器原理，熟悉编译流程（词法分析、语法分析、语义分析、中间代码生成、代码优化、目标代码生成等），掌握至少一种主流编译器框架（如 CUDA、Triton、MLIR、LLVM 等）的使用和开发； 4、熟悉深度学习框架（如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等）的原理和使用，了解深度学习模型的训练和推理过程； 5、参与过大型编译器项目或在开源编译器项目中做出贡献的开发者优先考虑。
