1. 负责热管理NVH开发计划制定和实施； 2. 负责对标车热管理测试和解析，总结优缺点并给出设计建议； 3. 负责热管理目标制定，分解和达成，包括VTS, SSTS, CTS等； 4. 负责各阶段样车热管理开发进度，包括主客观摸底，问题点和优先级定义；详细诊断和问题根源查找，手工和工业化方案验证，一致性管控等； 5. 负责热管理NVH测试相关标准制定和更新； 6. 支持热管理NVH关键技术能力提升，以及数据库积累和新技术预研。

1. 车辆工程、机械工程、电气工程、振动噪声、力学、空调制冷等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 8年以上汽车NVH工作经验并独立负责3个以上热管理开发项目。 3. 熟练使用LMS Test.lab进行模态，NTF和VTF测试等数据分析； 4. 熟悉热管理关键零件结构和工作原理, 对热管理系统架构的特性以及控制逻辑有深入了解； 5. 具有较强的组织、沟通和问题解决能力；积极进取，乐观开放。
