岗位简介 该岗位为理想汽车海外出海核心中台岗位，深度支撑全球市场销售与售后服务数字化建设，主导海外订单管理中台、海外营销、售后体系的产品规划与落地。直面多国家差异化政策、渠道模式、财税与结算体系，负责从0到1迭代完善海外OMS系统，助力公司全球化业务规模化扩张，是出海业务数字化的核心枢纽岗位。 岗位职责 1. 中台产品规划与迭代（核心主业） 负责理想汽车海外营销域信息化体系建设，主导海外OMS订单中台、海外售后、海外渠道交易相关系统的整体规划、版本迭代、架构优化与能力沉淀。结合公司海外出海战略，持续输出中长期产品 roadmap，支撑海外多区域业务拓展与规模化落地。 2. 行业调研与方案对标 持续跟踪汽车行业海外数字化、出海电商、海外经销/直营业务发展趋势，对标头部车企海外IT产品方案与数字化体系，结合不同国家市场特性，输出差异化的数字化建设策略与产品优化方案。 3. 全生命周期产品落地 独立负责产品全生命周期管理，包含业务调研、需求挖掘、方案设计、PRD输出、评审推进、开发落地、上线验证、数据复盘与持续迭代；能够直面复杂海外业务场景，拆解业务痛点，输出可落地、可复用的中台产品能力。 4. 海外本地化业务适配 针对海外不同国家的销售政策、渠道模式、价格体系、财税规则、结算流程，定制适配的数字化解决方案，打通海外线索-下单-订单履约-结算-售后全链路，保障海外业务高效、合规、稳定运转。 5. 跨团队协同与项目推进 联动海外业务团队、国内业务、研发、测试、数据、运维等多方资源，推进项目落地，把控项目进度、质量、风险；规范完成项目立项、版本管理、结项复盘，保障业务目标按期达成，沉淀标准化产品与项目流程。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年及以上B端企业级产品经理全职工作经验，具备完整的营销相关系统设计与落地经验； 2. 熟悉企业信息化架构，精通B端产品全流程工作方法，具备复杂业务系统拆解、中台能力抽象、复杂方案输出能力； 3. 熟悉订单管理、渠道管理、价格策略、交易结算等核心业务场景，具备业务全链路数字化落地实战经验； 4. 逻辑能力突出，具备独立业务调研、问题分析、风险预判能力，跨部门协同推进能力强，能适配海外多业务场景的复杂工作； 5. 工作主动有自驱力，抗压能力强，有出海业务建设意愿，能深度跟随业务迭代成长。 【优先加分项】 1. 有汽车行业经验优先：整车制造/新势力车企OMS、ERP、CRM、海外营销系统落地经验； 2. 有出海业务经验优先：熟悉海外多国家本地化适配、海外经销/直营模式、跨境结算、海外售后体系数字化； 3. 英语可作为工作语言，可无障碍对接海外业务者优先； 4. 熟练运用AI工具辅助需求分析、方案输出、文档产出，提效产品工作者优先。
