岗位职责： 1、负责月度薪资、奖金的核算、校验、发放及员工薪资答疑工作； 2、负责薪酬系统数据校验，持续梳理、优化薪酬核算流程，推动系统迭代与功能调整； 3、按时完成月度个税精准申报，持续跟踪、收集各地个税相关政策； 4、统筹年度个税汇算清缴相关工作，包含政策收集、员工宣导，配合税务机关引导员工按期完成汇算； 5、开展薪酬相关财务对账工作，对接法务、审计提供所需薪酬数据支持； 6、主动识别薪资发放、个税申报流程中的风险点与优化机会，协助推动相关制度、流程优化落地； 7、完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格： 1、拥有大型企业 3 年及以上薪酬Payroll相关工作经验； 2、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、劳动关系、会计学等相关专业； 3、熟悉劳动法律法规、国家人事政策及薪酬税务合规相关要求； 4、精通 Excel 数据处理，能够快速适配各类人力资源信息化系统，具备优秀的数据分析与数据测算能力； 5、逻辑思维清晰，工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调、团队协作能力，可承受阶段性工作压力； 6、具备 PeopleSoft 薪酬核算系统实操经验者优先。
