1. 产品价值守护与交付：负责整车新产品从定义到落地的全链路管理，与研发、设计、供应链等团队协同，确保产品力达成；守护在售产品的用户体验、成本与口碑；重点在于智能汽车产品定义和产品验收，过程中与研发共同探讨优秀产品力的实现方案。

2. 用户需求本质识别：透过用户表面表达，挖掘真实未被满足的需求，判断需求的真伪与优先级，基于用户的痛点和痒点，并结合技术可行性，将抽象能力转化为具体的符合产品定位的产品方案；

3. 具身智能在整车的应用定义：基于具身智能技术在整车场景的主动服务应用，界定服务边界，在安全可控的前提下设计有用户价值的主动服务；

4. 技术边界判断与方案验证：理解智能技术的当前边界，评估技术承诺的可信度，提出验证方法；在技术乐观与过度保守之间找到平衡点，推动合理方案落地；

5. 产品价值沟通：向内对外准确传达产品价值与技术边界，支持对内一线产品专家、培训和对外媒体的理解与传播，能基于对技术与用户的同理心，将复杂能力翻译成用户易懂的语言。

1. 学历与背景 - 本科及以上学历，专业不限； - 优先考虑头部新媒体、新势力汽车科技产品经验、豪华汽车品牌产品管理经验的人才，或者具有机器人/自动化/CS/交互设计背景； - 具备汽车企业多部门轮岗综合管理经验更佳。

2. 工作经验 - 至少5年及以上产品管理相关经验（不必局限于汽车行业）； - 有从0到1定义新产品或复杂功能的经验者、有成功上市产品者优先； - 有跨领域整合经历者（机器人、智能硬件、智能座舱等）优先。

3. 能力要求 - 对于行业、跨域的机会有自己的判断，对于未来趋势有一定的洞察； - 具有同理心、独立思考和坚韧的性格，对打造优秀的产品有强烈的热爱和兴趣； - 有用户场景的洞察能力，能识别用户需求真伪，不被表面表达迷惑； - 理解AI/具身智能技术的基础逻辑，了解什么能做与不能做，在资源有限、场景模糊时能做出清晰的优先级取舍； - 有跨域学习能力和沟通能力，能与算法、硬件、工程等团队协作； - 有产品落地意识，理解工程约束和成本权衡。
