1.端到端负责海外软件主线（Mainline）规划与版本演进，从主线定义、分支策略制定、集成推进到发版验证与车型交付，确保全链路闭环 2.建立新老车型的软件分支管理策略（Branch & Release），从分支创建、特性合流、冲突解决到版本发布全程管理，确保主线特性有序下沉至各车型分支 3.定义平台软件路标（Roadmap），规划迭代节奏与里程碑，确保版本计划可追溯、可交付 4.端到端协调跨模块（座舱、智驾、云）技术依赖关系，从依赖识别、方案对齐到集成验证全程跟进，解决主线集成风险与冲突 5.对车型智能化竞争力负责，持续评估主线功能对车型竞争力的贡献度 6.建立软件版本管理规范与质量门禁，确保发版质量与稳定性 7.推动CI/CD流程优化，提升海外软件集成与交付效率 8.与海外软件团队0-1搭建，协助团队组建与人才梯队建设

1.5年以上车载软件研发管理经验，3年以上软件版本/主线端到端管理经验 2.主导过至少1个海外车型软件平台从0到1的版本管理与交付 3.具备端到端管理思维，能从主线规划贯穿到车型交付验证全流程 4.深入理解车载软件架构（Android Automotive/QNX/Linux）及模块间依赖关系 5.优秀的系统思维与风险识别能力，能够把控复杂软件系统的演进节奏 6.英语可作为工作语言
