1. 熟悉了解整车设计的各种法规需求。熟悉外饰系统的产品结构设计、制造工艺可行性； 2. 熟悉汽车灯具的法规、制造、工艺等。具有前瞻灯具知识储备，推动灯具前沿的可行性分析； 3. 有总布置、造型部门相关经验。创建审核硬点断面，主断面和典型断面，评估工程硬点对设计的影响； 4. 具备创意并能够提供建议和解决方案。根据设计需求推动可行工程方案落地，推进前沿造型相关工程技术开发； 5. 组织造型和工程的问题交流会，持续跟踪工程和造型间未达成一致的问题，提出造型/工程解决方案； 6. 组织造型内部会议，重点工程问题同步，管控与推进关闭； 7. 协助对标数据收集、技术标准编写、本专业体系及流程建立； 8. 汇总所有工程约束条件，制作管控项目问题解决的跟踪表，推进工程问题关闭。

1. 知名主机厂造型中心担任设计工程师或者总布置工程师工作经验； 2. 7-10年以上相关工作经验； 3. 统招本科以上学历，机械或者汽车工程学历背景； 4. 英语沟通流利，有5款及以上整车设计开发经验； 5. 团队协作能力强, 积极主动, 勇于迎接挑战, 并能适应快速度的工作节奏； 6. CAT V5经验，较强的CAT建模能力。有Alia能力为加分项； 7. 对工业设计有高度兴趣以及能力者尤佳。
