岗位介绍 1、负责双足人形机器人的定位、建图与自主导航算法研发，面向行走、操作及搬运等实际应用，与软件、运动控制及硬件团队协作，推动算法从研发验证到真机部署，持续提升机器人在复杂环境中的自主移动能力。 岗位职责 1、负责双足机器人 SLAM 与多传感器融合算法研发，完善定位、建图及重定位能力，提升自身遮挡、有效视场变化和步态振动等工况下的定位精度与鲁棒性。 2、建和维护导航所需的环境地图，支持障碍物表达、地形可通行性分析及语义目标定位，为自主导航提供环境信息。 3、负责全局路径规划、局部避障及导航恢复策略研发，结合双足机器人的运动能力和通行空间约束优化导航，并推进 VLN 在语言指令驱动的目标导航中的应用。 4、与软件、运动控制及硬件团队完成系统集成和机载部署，优化计算开销、通信时延及运行稳定性，完善异常处理与恢复机制。 5、建立数据采集、回放和评测流程，通过仿真及真机实验分析定位精度、导航成功率与运行性能，复现现场问题并持续改进算法。

任职要求 1、具备机器人、自动化、计算机、电子信息、应用数学等相关专业背景，有 SLAM、状态估计或自主导航相关研发经验。 2、深入掌握激光惯性或视觉惯性 SLAM 至少一个方向，具备三维几何、概率状态估计和非线性优化基础，能够独立开发、修改和调试核心算法。 3、熟悉相机、激光雷达及 IMU 的测量模型与误差特性，有多传感器标定、时间同步、数据关联或融合估计的实际经验。 4、熟悉地图表达、全局与局部规划、动态避障及重定位恢复，具备 Nav2 或同类自主导航系统的开发与调优经验，能够结合机器人的实际运动约束解决导航问题。 5、具备视觉语言导航（VLN）相关项目经验，熟悉语言指令理解、视觉语义定位与导航决策，有与 SLAM、自主导航系统集成及机器人端部署评测经验者优先。 6、熟练使用 C++、Linux 和 ROS/ROS 2，能够使用 Python 开展数据处理与实验分析，具备良好的软件工程习惯及性能分析、调试能力。 7、具备真实机器人部署与联调经验，能够基于传感器数据、日志和实验结果独立定位问题，推动算法改进，并与软件、运动控制及硬件团队有效协作。 加分项 1、有双足、人形或四足机器人定位导航项目经验，熟悉机器人运动学、腿式里程计及接触信息融合。 2、有三维环境重建、高程图、ESDF（欧氏符号距离场）、地形可通行性分析或主动感知经验。 3、有学习方法增强 SLAM、视觉导航，或感知与强化学习运动控制联调经验。 4、有机载计算平台性能优化、长期真机运行或产品交付经验；有相关开源贡献、论文或可展示的项目成果。
