1. 负责调取车辆相关数据，分析车辆事故工单，识别潜在安全风险问题。 2.对安全风险问题进行分析、研判,明确问题处置措施及需要的资源。 3.协同内部各业务团队推进风险案件落地处置，确保风险问题得到妥善处置。 4. 识别、整理市场发生的隐患问题，向专业团队进行反馈，推动产品质量改善。 5. 现场对突发及重大的风险事件进行查勘，结合实车状况、后台数据、车辆结构出局客观专业的技术判定。 6.针对用户安全相关客诉事件，提供专业技术依据与处置参考意见，助力纠纷高效妥善处理。

1.车辆工程、汽车维修、电子类等相关专业，大专及以上学历；实操经验特别优秀者，学历条件可适当放宽。 2.拥有主流汽车品牌 5 年及以上维修从业经验，具备 3 年以上中高端品牌技术管理或主机厂技术支持相关工作经历。 3.具备较强风险预判意识与敏锐的问题洞察力，善于提前识别工作中潜在风险。 4.学习能力强，沟通表达顺畅，临场处事灵活，可高效应对各类突发工作场景。 5.具备一线客户对接工作经历，熟悉客诉处理全流程，拥有一定的纠纷协调与问题化解经验。 6.思路条理清晰、做事严谨细致，重视流程规范、系统操作及各类数据信息的精准性。
