负责理想汽车官网、App、小程序等互联网 C 端产品的 UI/UX 设计工作，覆盖需求理解、体验梳理、交互设计、视觉表达、设计交付及上线跟进等完整流程。 能够将用户需求、业务目标和技术实现约束转化为清晰、直观、易用的产品体验，提升核心路径、关键任务和重要触点的使用效率与体验质量。 围绕官网导购、App 服务、小程序活动、用户增长、内容浏览、账号权益、活动转化等场景，设计自然、高效、有吸引力的产品体验。 基于用户洞察、数据反馈、竞品分析和真实使用场景，发现体验问题并提出可落地的设计方案，持续优化产品体验。 参与新功能、创新体验和智能化场景的设计探索，通过快速概念方案、交互原型和方案验证，推动产品体验迭代。 与产品、研发、运营、内容等团队高效协作，推动设计方案从概念到上线落地，并关注上线后的效果反馈。

本科及以上学历，设计学、交互设计、视觉传达、数字媒体、工业设计等相关专业优先。 具备 3 年左右 C 端互联网产品 UI/UX 设计经验，有官网、App、小程序、活动页、会员体系、用户增长、内容平台、服务类产品等设计经验优先。 具备从 0 到 1 或重要功能上线的完整项目跟进经验，能够独立完成需求理解、流程梳理、交互原型、视觉设计、设计交付和上线验收。 具备扎实的交互设计和视觉设计能力，能够清晰梳理信息架构、用户路径、页面结构和关键交互，并在视觉层面保证界面的品质感、一致性和可用性。 对用户体验细节敏感，关注真实使用场景，能够从用户行为、业务目标和体验问题中提炼设计机会，并转化为可执行的设计改进方案。 熟练使用 Figma等常用设计工具，具备良好的设计表达和方案呈现能力。 对 AI 工具在设计流程中的应用有一定理解，例如 AI 辅助原型、设计生成、内容生成、效率工具或 AI Coding 等，并能结合具体场景提升设计效率或体验质量。 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够在跨职能团队中清晰表达设计判断，推动方案共识与落地。

加分项 对生成式AI、个性化体验、智能导购、智能客服、内容生成、AIGC 营销体验等方向有持续关注和实践。 具备品牌设计意识、设计系统建设经验，或参与过大型互联网产品体验规范建设。 热爱汽车行业，理解汽车品牌在官网、App、小程序等线上触点中的用户体验价值。 作品集能体现完整的设计思考过程，包括问题定义、方案推导、体验细节、落地结果和复盘总结。
