The posting

1.负责视觉-语言导航（VLN）及 SLAM建图定位算法在自动驾驶泊车（如AVP代客泊车、记忆泊车、指令导航）场景的设计与落地； 2.针对地下停车场等无GPS/弱纹理环境，研发高鲁棒性的视觉/激光SLAM定位与语义建图算法，为VLN提供精确的空间拓扑与几何先验； 3,结合环视图像、语义地图、自车轨迹与用户指令（如“寻找B区电梯口附近的空位”），实现复杂停车场的场景理解与端到端导航决策； 4.跟踪前沿多模态大模型及语义SLAM技术，参与泊车系统“建图-定位-语义理解-导航”全链路的模块集成、轻量化部署与数据闭环。

1.硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机视觉、机器人、自动化等相关专业； 熟练掌握 Python 与 C++，熟悉 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，熟悉 Linux/ROS 开发环境，具备扎实的工程实现能力； 2.SLAM方向，熟悉主流视觉/激光SLAM算法（如 VINS, ORB-SLAM, LIO-SAM 等），了解多传感器融合定位（Vision/Lidar/IMU/Odom）；或VLN方向，在多模态学习、VLM、具身智能或轨迹预测方向有研究经验，熟悉大模型训练与微调（SFT/PEFT）； 加分项：有语义SLAM、NeRF/3DGS三维重建或停车场建图定位实际项目经验者优先；有机器人室内导航、VLA/VLN实际项目落地经验者优先。
