Hauptaufgaben

Verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße und termingerechte Abwicklung internationaler Sendungen sowie die Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung aller export- und zollrelevanten Dokumente.

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, interner Prozesse und außenwirtschaftsrechtlicher Anforderungen. Koordination mit Speditionen, Kurierdiensten, Zollbehörden sowie internen Abteilungen.

Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Unterstützung bei der Klärung export- und versandbezogener Fragestellungen.

Berufsqualifikation

Ausbildung und Erfahrung

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Weiterbildung im Bereich Zoll, Export oder Außenwirtschaft von Vorteil.

  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Exportabwicklung, Zollabwicklung, internationalen Versandabwicklung oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen; Kenntnisse in Versand- und Zollsoftware
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht sowie der relevanten Export- und Versandvorschriften; Kenntnisse der Gefahrgutvorschriften (ADR/IATA) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Prüfung von Export-, Zoll- und Versanddokumenten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine hohe interne und externe Serviceorientierung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen Geschäftsumfeld ist wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit vertraulichen Unternehmens- und Kundendaten

Aufgaben

SPEZIFISCH

  • Prüfung exportrelevanter Kundenaufträge auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität sowie Klärung fehlender oder unklarer Angaben mit den zuständigen internen Stellen.
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung der erforderlichen Export- und Zolldokumente, einschließlich Handelsrechnungen, Packlisten, Ausfuhrbegleitdokumenten und Ursprungsnachweisen, soweit erforderlich.
  • Durchführung und Koordination der operativen Zoll- und Ausfuhrabwicklung unter Beachtung der geltenden zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Vorgaben.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Exportkontroll- und Compliance-Prozesse, einschließlich erforderlicher Sanktionslistenprüfungen und Dokumentationen.
  • Koordination internationaler Sendungen sowie Abstimmung von Abholungen und Lieferterminen mit Speditionen, Kurierdiensten und internen Schnittstellen.
  • Beachtung und Dokumentation der Anforderungen für temperaturempfindliche Waren sowie Gefahrgut gemäß internen SOPs und geltenden Vorschriften, soweit relevant.
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen, Zollstellen und internen Abteilungen bei Fragen zu Exportdokumenten, Lieferstatus, Verzögerungen oder Abweichungen.
  • Pflege und revisionssichere Archivierung export- und zollrelevanter Unterlagen sowie Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits.
