Hauptaufgaben

Der Sachbearbeiter Auftragsabwicklung ist verantwortlich für die termingerechte, vollständige und korrekte Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen. Die Position fungiert als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Produktion, Lager, Qualitätsmanagement und weiteren internen Bereichen, um eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung sicherzustellen.

Zu den Kernaufgaben gehören die Erfassung, Prüfung und Pflege von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System, die Terminverfolgung, die Bearbeitung von Auftragsänderungen und Kundenanfragen sowie die Sicherstellung vollständiger und korrekter Auftragsdaten und die Einhaltung interner Prozesse.

Berufsqualifikation

Ausbildung und Erfahrung

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; Weiterbildung im Bereich Auftragsmanagement, Customer Service oder kaufmännische Prozesse von Vorteil

  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Order Management oder in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen und kundenorientierten Umfeld wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (Oracle-NetSuite oder Navision von Vorteil)
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren und Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen

Aufgaben

Spezifisch

AUFTRAGSABWICKLUNG:

  • Erfassung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Überwachung der vollständigen und korrekten Auftragsdaten
  • Terminverfolgung und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden hinsichtlich Auftragsstatus, Lieferterminen und Rückfragen
  • Bearbeitung von Auftragsänderungen, Stornierungen und Reklamationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktion, Lager und Qualitätskontrolle bzw. -management
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Stammdaten im ERP-System

  • Sicherstellung er Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Sanktionslistenprüfungen
  • Pflege und Archivierung auftrags- und versandrelevanter Dokumente
