The posting

Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking Automotive Painters for deployment to Lithuania. Candidates will be responsible for preparing, painting, and refinishing vehicle surfaces, ensuring smooth and high-quality finishes while following proper painting and workshop safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting through sanding, filling, and priming.
  • Mask and protect vehicle components before painting.
  • Mix and prepare paint according to required specifications.
  • Apply automotive paint using proper spray-painting techniques.
  • Repair and refinish damaged vehicle surfaces.
  • Ensure smooth, even, and consistent paint finishes.
  • Inspect painted surfaces and correct defects such as runs, uneven finishes, and other imperfections.
  • Follow proper drying and curing procedures.
  • Properly use, clean, and maintain spray guns and painting equipment.
  • Follow workshop safety procedures and handle paint materials safely.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience as an Automotive or Car Painter.
  • Must have a valid Automotive Painting NC II or Automotive Body Painting NC II.
  • Experience in automotive spray painting and vehicle refinishing.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic starting salary: EUR 1,200 (PHP 80,000-90,000).
  • Free accommodation.
  • Working hours: 8–10 hours per day.
  • 20 vacation days per year.
  • Opportunity to work and gain international experience in Lithuania.
