Our clients in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, are looking for Nurses! We are seeking dedicated BS/MS Nursing graduates who are PRC Registered with at least 7 months of experience in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or health & medical clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
  • Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health status.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and home care procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare team members, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Advocating for the needs and preferences of patients, ensuring they receive appropriate and respectful care.

Qualifications

  • Male/Female
  • BS/MS Nursing graduate
  • PRC Registered
  • Minimum 7 months in a hospital setting
  • With current B1/B2 level certification are welcome to apply
  • Willing to undergo 8 months German language training

Compensation and Benefits

  • 2,000 to 2,700 Euro salary range before recognition

Language Training and Certification (A1-B2)**

Based on your current situation, our Team will guide you on what path to take to ensure your successful application.

10th to 12th Month

Deployment and Departure to Germany

This includes final documentation processing, travel arrangements, and onboarding meetings with your Employer.

*This timeline is based on one of our client's boarding school set up i.e. you successfully went through their designed timeline and deadlines for your language training and certification. **There are multiple options for Language Training and Certification, and the easiest setup with higher chance of passing the exam within 8mos is the Boarding School.
