Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Recursos Humanos para prestar suporte às rotinas de Recursos Humanos, atuando nos processos de admissão, administração de benefícios, onboarding e desenvolvimento organizacional, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional da área e para a experiência positiva dos colaboradores.⚡🤝Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTratativa de folha de ponto dos colaboradores;Apoiar os processos admissionais, realizando conferência e organização de documentos;Auxiliar no cadastro de novos colaboradores em sistemas internos;Acompanhar o fluxo de documentação admissional junto aos candidatos;Apoiar no controle de prazos relacionados a admissões e integra;Apoiar a administração dos benefícios corporativos (vale-transporte, vale-refeição/alimentação, assistência médica, odontológica, seguro de vida, entre outros);Realizar inclusão, exclusão e manutenção cadastral de colaboradores e dependentes junto aos fornecedores;Apoiar o atendimento aos colaboradores para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas a benefícios;Controlar planilhas, movimentações e prazos dos processos de benefícios;Apoiar as atividades de integração (onboarding) de novos colaboradores; Atualizar planilhas, relatórios e indicadores da área de Recursos Humanos;Organizar arquivos físicos e digitais de documentos de RH;Prestar suporte administrativo às demandas da área;Garantir cumprimento das políticas internas, confidencialidade e boas práticas de RH.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo.
