Na Odontoprev, estamos em busca de uma pessoa que queira se juntar a uma equipe que inspira, acolhe e transforma!Responsabilidades e atribuições 🔹 Prestar suporte aos processos de admissão, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos e prazos estabelecidos. 🔹 Realizar o contato com candidatos aprovados para orientações sobre documentação e etapas do processo admissional. 🔹 Receber, conferir e organizar documentos admissionais, assegurando a conformidade das informações. 🔹 Efetuar cadastros e atualizações de dados em sistemas internos de RH. 🔹 Acompanhar o andamento dos processos admissionais, realizando controles e follow-ups com candidatos, gestores e áreas parceiras. 🔹 Apoiar no agendamento de exames admissionais e na integração de novos colaboradores. 🔹 Elaborar relatórios, controles e planilhas de acompanhamento dos indicadores e demandas da área. 🔹 Realizar atendimento a candidatos, colaboradores e fornecedores, prestando esclarecimentos relacionados aos processos de admissão. 🔹 Apoiar as atividades administrativas da área de Recursos Humanos, garantindo a organização e o fluxo adequado das informações.
