1. 动画制作： 负责游戏内2D角色、怪物、宠物及NPC的Spine骨骼绑定与动作设计，产出流畅、生动、符合角色设定的动画。 2. 表现调优： 深入理解项目美术风格，准确把握动画的节奏感、打击感、重量感及物理规律，提升游戏整体表现力。 3. 资源整合与引擎输出： 配合程序和策划，将Spine动画资源导入游戏引擎，进行效果测试、动作融合及状态机配置。 4. 周边动画支持： 负责部分游戏UI动态效果、场景动态物件及过场动画的Spine制作。 5. 沟通与优化： 参与上下游环节（原画、特效、程序）的沟通，协助原画进行合理的部件拆分，并在保证表现力的前提下，优化动画资源以控制性能消耗。

1. 3年以上动画设计经验 2. 有丰富的游戏动画设计经验，能追求创意表现的同时稳定细节 3. 精通spine，逐帧手绘者优先 4. 喜欢并热衷于各类动画、游戏，了解市场上主流游戏风格，对游戏研发极具热情 5. 善于沟通，能保证项目质量与进度
