1. 负责Unity项目中的游戏特效制作，包括角色特效、场景特效、道具特效表现等。 2. 根据策划需求和项目美术风格，完成特效设计、制作、调优与引擎内落地。 3. 根据项目需求制作特效贴图、序列帧、模型辅助资源，保证特效表现完整。 4. 配合程序、美术、策划完成特效资源接入、性能优化和版本迭代。 5. 参与特效规范整理，包括资源命名、层级结构、材质复用、性能标准等。 6. 对移动端或多平台项目进行特效性能控制，包括粒子数量、Draw Call、Overdraw 等。

1. 1-5年 Unity 游戏特效制作经验，有完整项目经验优先。 2. 熟悉 Unity Particle System，了解 Timeline、Animator、Trail Renderer、Line Renderer 等常用模块。 3. 具备基础美术能力，对游戏技能表现、战斗反馈、镜头节奏及打击感有一定理解。 4. 能熟练使用 Photoshop、AE、3dsMax、Blender 等工具中的一种或多种进行特效资源制作。 5. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能根据反馈快速调整效果。 加分项： 1. 有动作类或军事类题材项目经验。 2. 有Unity 项目上线经验。 3. 有LiquiGen、EmberGen等流体模拟软件经验。 需要提供作品集、Demo Reel 或可展示项目案例。 5. 具备优秀的卡通特效设计能力和贴图制作能力，以及动态节奏的把控能力。 6. 有较好的沟通协调及表达能力，保持学习精神，并能够实际推进和解决问题。 7. 具备团队协作精神，有主动意识，责任心强并能承受一定压力。
