The posting

1. 负责写实SLG项目内各类3D特效（战斗技能、大地图环境、城建表现，UI动效等）制作，严格遵循项目“欧美现代写实”视觉规范，输出符合标准的引擎内最终效果。 2. 理解SLG品类特性：适配大视距缩放、多单位同屏战斗场景，严格执行性能规范，在设备性能约束下保证打击反馈、视觉辨识度。 3. 和TA、特效负责人配合，使用项目已有Shader材质库、特效管线完成产出；参与贴图绘制、序列帧处理，对接动画、3D、策划，理解战斗逻辑，落地各类写实物理向特效。 4. 参与特效资产自测与bug修复，配合外包资产验收，对导入引擎后的最终表现负责；跟进版本迭代，按排期完成特效交付。 5. 使用AIGC工具辅助前期概念参考、贴图、噪波、遮罩、序列帧素材生成，以人工把控物理逻辑与引擎最终效果，提升制作效率。

1.经验背景：3-5年游戏3D特效制作经验，完整参与过至少一款商业游戏项目研发上线；有SLG、现代写实、军事题材项目经验优先。 2.美术审美：熟悉真实世界物理运动规律，对爆炸、枪火、烟尘、流体、硬质物体受击破坏等写实效果有理解；拒绝过度魔幻光污染，能把控写实向光影、色彩节奏。 3.引擎工具：熟练使用Unity引擎特效模块；熟悉基础Shader使用逻辑；会PS做贴图绘制 4.加分项：有大地图、大批量同屏战斗特效实战经验；懂性能调优经验优先。 5.软技能：理解策划战斗逻辑，能接收美术反馈迭代作品；具备良好沟通能力，有责任心，重视性能与实际设备表现，不单纯追求编辑器预览效果。
