1、负责 A/B 实验平台的产品与方法体系设计，将业务需求转化为平台能力并参与路线图规划。 2、建设端到端实验流程，覆盖实验假设、分流设计、样本量与 MDE、指标体系、结果分析及决策复盘。 3、完善实验统计方法，包括假设检验、多重检验、CUPED、序贯检验、非劣效检验等。 4、建立实验可信度保障机制，识别并处理 SRM、分流污染、网络效应、指标及埋点异常等问题。 5、深入参与重点业务实验，协同产品、运营、算法和数据团队完成实验设计、结果解读及上线决策。 6、探索因果推断方法在非随机实验场景中的应用，建立实验规范并推动实验能力普及。

1、统计学、数学、经济学、计算机或其他定量专业本科及以上学历。 2、具备 3 年以上互联网数据分析或数据科学经验，至少 1 年 A/B 实验实践经验。 3、扎实掌握概率统计、实验设计、统计推断和因果推断，理解相关方法的适用条件与局限。 4、有独立主导实验的经验，能够完成实验设计、样本量评估、指标选择、结果分析和业务决策。 5、熟练使用 SQL，掌握 Python 或 R，能够开展统计分析、仿真验证及分析工具开发。 6、具备良好的产品意识、沟通能力和跨团队推动能力，能够将统计方法转化为易用、可信的平台能力。
