1. 主要负责项目内的角色原画设计，包括抽卡英雄、主角Avatar和英雄皮肤，怪物等角色设定。 2. 在已有的风格体系下，能够设计性格和特质鲜明的角色形象。 3. 了解3D角色制作流程，有3d实现意识，能很好地衔接2D设计与3d制作，做好模型资产的后期修正工作。

职位要求 1. 5年以上工作经验，有完整上线项目优先。 2. 熟悉欧美卡通到半写实的美术风格，能够准确表现半写实比例、鲜明轮廓、趣味造型和角色性格。 3. 具备较强的审美判断力，绘画功底扎实，色彩感觉契合项目，设计平面构成感良好。 4. 有较强的3D项目设计思维，设计逻辑和设计思路成熟：能够输出适合3D制作的角色设定图，包括三视图、结构拆分、材质说明等，为3D角色制作提供清晰参考；理解3D角色制作流程，能够从模型落地角度进行设计，避免不可实现或实现成本过高的设计方案。 5. 需要有设计规范意识和效率意识，能够按时独立产出符合项目的制作规范并执行生产相关的内容。具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能够根据反馈快速调整设计方案。

作品集要求 1. 请提供能够体现角色设计能力的作品。 2. 如有3D落地案例，请附上原画与最终模型对比图。 3. 有完整的卡牌角色立绘和皮肤类相关设计案例优先。
