1. 主导游戏PV前期的制作，能够独立完成剧情脚本的创意制作，镜头设计、分镜绘制及后期剪辑等工作内容。 2. 协调美术、特效、灯光、后期合成、音频团队等，统一明确各环节的制作方向，把控游戏PV最终的内容品质。 3. 与需求方及研发深度协作，能够结合游戏玩法与角色设计，将文案转化为可执行落地的推进方案。 4. 对接供应商，能够进行专业指导与质量监督，提出精准反馈及优化方案，确保项目按时且高质量的交付。

1. 3年及以上动画/影视导演经验，主导监制过游戏CG、角色PV或宣传片等全流程项目，需提供代表作品集。 2. 熟悉女性向游戏（包含模拟经营、休闲养成换装、乙女恋爱等），能通过独特视角带给玩家和观众传递可辨识的视听体验。 3. 具备良好的美术功底及审美能力，优秀的电影视觉语言及镜头储备，且思维活跃对镜头语言和表达有自己的想法，能驾驭多种美术风格。 4. 出色的跨部门沟通与项目领导能力，能在多线并行的项目节奏中能高效协调内外部资源，解决制作风险并保证项目稳定推进。 5. 在多环节中引入AIGC工具，利用AI辅助动态预演及视觉探索，提升创作效率和表现力，同时把控AI制作比例确保项目落地。 6. 有一定的抗压能力，适应多环节上下游协作的工作环境，具备强烈的责任心和艺术追求。
