1. 定义素材方向：基于欧美市场与用户洞察，提出题材、卖点及创意钩子假设，参与创意设计与评审。 2. 主导概念素材测试：负责产品早期概念素材测试，与买量团队设计测试方案，通过 CPI、CTR、IPM、CVR、完播率等数据判断题材、卖点与创意方向，形成明确的市场验证结论。 3. 用市场信号反哺产品：将素材测试与用户反馈转化为产品需求，判断哪些核心卖点需要进入游戏，并推动商店页、开局体验及核心玩法有效承接广告承诺。 4. 持续优化转化链路：负责素材与商店页（Icon、截图、视频等）的整体一致性，持续通过测试优化从广告点击到下载、进入游戏的转化效率。 5. 推动产品验证与迭代：产品进入留存及付费验证阶段后，结合 D1 / D7 / D30、付费及回收数据，识别关键问题，协同研发团队持续推动产品迭代。 6. 对产品发行结果负责：产品上线后制定阶段性发行目标与预算策略，协同素材、投放团队持续优化获量效率与商业化表现，推动产品实现规模化增长。

1. 3年以上欧美休闲游戏发行、产品或增长相关经验，有产品发行制作人、素材负责人或投放负责人经验优先。 2. 完整参与过至少一款面向欧美市场的产品，有 Merge、三消、模拟经营、解谜、换装等欧美主流休闲品类成功项目经验优先。 3. 对欧美休闲游戏用户有深入理解，能够从用户视角解释“为什么点、为什么留、为什么付费”；对欧美 25–54 岁女性用户有一手洞察者优先。 4. 熟悉 Meta、AppLovin、Google 等主流海外广告平台及休闲游戏买量逻辑，能够独立理解和分析市场测试及投放数据。 5. 对广告素材有较强敏感度，长期参与素材创意、测试与复盘，能够从素材表现中提炼用户需求与产品机会。

加分项 - 有 App Store / Google Play 商店页 A/B Test、Custom Product Page / Custom Store Listing 优化经验。 - 英文能作为工作语言。
