1. 具备至少 3 年关卡玩法设计经验，或至少 1 个已上线游戏项目的玩法设计经验。 2. 熟悉大世界游戏，尤其是都市题材；深度体验过生活模拟类游戏，对情感体验与社交互动有自己的理解。 3. 具备细腻的观察力与同理心，能够从玩家感受出发，将情感与社交诉求转化为具体、可玩的设计。 4. 熟悉 Unreal Engine 或 Unity 等商业游戏引擎，能够独立搭建玩法原型，并根据试玩反馈持续迭代。 5. 具备良好的设计表达、沟通协作与主动推进能力，能够跨职能推动方案落地。 6. 有生活模拟、社交互动类玩法开发经验，或擅长互动表现与氛围设计者优先。
