1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏行业买量素材相关工作经验，有大型买量项目负责经验者优先。 2. 具备极强的创意把控力和策略思维，有海外买量素材（多区域适配）成功案例，熟悉SLG类游戏素材设计逻辑。 3. 具备优秀的团队管理、跨部门协同（投放、产品、设计）能力，能高效统筹内外部资源，推动复杂项目落地。 4. 深度了解全球买量市场趋势，熟悉不同区域用户偏好，对素材转化逻辑有深刻认知，能通过数据精准定位素材优化方向。 5. 熟练使用Premiere Pro、AE等素材制作工具，具备优秀的审美和细节把控能力。
