1. 具备2年及以上游戏客户端开发经验，计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 熟练掌握 Unity 引擎，精通 C# 和 Lua 脚本语言，具备开发和调试客户端功能模块的能力； 3. 熟悉游戏客户端开发的常用技术和工具链，包括资源管理、渲染优化、动画系统等； 4. 熟悉模块化设计和组件化开发，能够识别并提炼高复用性的代码或功能，推动跨项目的代码复用； 5. 具备优秀的沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队高效协作，推动任务顺利完成； 6.具备强烈的责任感和自驱力，确保交付成果在性能与质量上符合业务需求。
