1. 负责撰写美术需求。按照项目组已有风格，输出角色/场景/道具等美术需求文档，并且跟进和验收最终的资源。 2. 独立跟进功能包装。将系统玩法转化为故事包装，提高玩家的代入感，以及保证游戏调性的统一。 3. 负责世界观撰写与世界地图构思。能够以类迪士尼风格的奇幻童话风去独立构建一个区域的气质和故事并具备把抽象想法落地的能力。如：能大量搜集视觉参考图，为建筑、地标、区域命名，最终把脑海中的虚拟世界转化为可被美术理解的概念方案等。

1. 具备3年及以上的文案工作经验。对如何塑造性格，为玩家营造仪式感有自己的见解，至少有一款上线游戏及运营经验。 2. 有女性向游戏工作经历加分，可备注生活模拟类、模拟经营类、角色扮演类游戏经历和时长。 3. 过往有美术需求、系统包装、世界观设计相关工作经历可加分。
