负责项目核心系统的设计与落地，包括二合棋盘、生成器、订单、体力、库存、任务、成长、装修及剧情解锁等核心模块。 搭建完整的产品循环，将二合玩法、剧情推进、场景建设、角色成长及商业化内容有机结合，形成清晰、持续且具有长期驱动力的用户体验。 负责活动、赛季、收集、通行证、商业化及其他长期运营系统的设计，为持续更新和内容扩展提供稳定的系统承载能力。 参与新手流程与前期体验设计，围绕用户理解成本、目标感、节奏、爽感和留存持续进行测试与优化。 独立完成系统方案、流程图、原型、配置结构、界面逻辑、异常处理及验收标准，并推动程序、美术、数值、剧情和数据团队高质量落地。 基于用户反馈和数据表现识别系统问题，提出明确的优化假设，并通过版本迭代和测试验证效果。 参与二合项目公共框架建设，沉淀模块化、配置化、可扩展的系统方案，支持不同题材、剧情、活动及未来项目的快速开发。 关注国内外二合及休闲游戏市场，持续拆解竞品系统、活动与商业化设计，并转化为适合项目的创新方案。

5年以上游戏系统或玩法策划经验，具备独立负责复杂系统设计与落地的能力。 具备二合项目的实质性系统设计经验，能够清晰说明本人在二合项目中的具体职责、关键决策、设计取舍、落地过程及最终结果，而不仅是参与项目或执行配置。 深入理解二合品类的核心循环； 具备较强的结构化设计能力，能够将复杂目标拆解为清晰的系统规则、用户流程、状态逻辑和配置需求。 对数值和数据具有良好敏感度，能够与数值策划共同判断资源循环、内容节奏、难度和商业化设计是否合理。 对欧美休闲游戏市场和女性用户有较好的理解，能够从用户需求出发判断玩法、内容、交互及付费体验。 具备良好的沟通与推动能力，能够协调多个职能完成系统开发、验收和持续迭代。 学习能力和自我驱动力强，能够适应早期项目的不确定性，主动发现问题、做出判断并对结果负责。 加分项 参与过至少一款二合产品从研发、测试、上线到长期运营的完整周期。 负责过表现优秀的欧美市场二合产品，或有明确的留存、活跃、活动参与率及商业化优化成果。 熟悉Gossip Harbor、Tasty Travel、Merge Mansion、Love & Pies、Seaside Escape等主流产品，并能深入拆解其核心循环和系统差异。 具备剧情、装修、角色养成或其他女性向内容系统的设计经验。 具备活动平台化、配置工具、内容生产管线或多项目公共框架建设经验。 有原型制作、数据分析、AI辅助设计或自动化内容生产经验。 有主系统、策划组长或小团队核心成员经验，能够参与策划流程建设和人才培养。
