1. 负责大世界区域规划、空间布局与动线设计，结合玩法需求，打造自然、可信且富有探索乐趣的场景体验。 2. 负责关卡方案、白盒搭建、内容配置与调试迭代，推动关卡从原型验证到完整落地。 3. 与其他策划、美术及程序团队协作，持续优化关卡体验、制作流程与工具。

1. 具备至少 2~3 年关卡设计经验，或至少 1 个 3D 游戏项目的关卡设计与制作经验。 2. 熟悉大世界游戏，尤其是都市题材；深度体验过生活模拟类游戏，对空间组织、探索节奏与场景互动有自己的理解。 3. 熟悉 Unreal Engine 或 Unity 等商业游戏引擎，具备独立设计关卡、搭建白盒及验证迭代的能力。 4. 具备良好的设计表达、沟通协作与主动推进能力，能够跨职能推动方案落地。 5. 有相关品类开发经验、完整区域交付经验，或建筑、城市规划、地编背景者优先。
