5年以上游戏服务器开发经验，有SLG项目经验优先 熟练掌握Golang，或精通C++、Java、C#等后端语言并具备转Go意愿 具备扎实的数据结构与操作系统基础，理解高并发处理模型 熟悉分布式系统设计，具备服务拆分、负载均衡等实践经验 熟悉网络编程（TCP/UDP），具备实际性能优化经验 熟悉Linux开发环境，具备线上问题定位与解决能力 熟悉主流云平台（如阿里云、AWS、GCP等），具备实际部署经验 了解容器化部署（Docker / Kubernetes 等）
