1. 负责游戏语音的需求梳理、选角、监棚、后期制作、资源验收及游戏内跑测，把控角色表演与整体语音品质； 2. 熟悉AI语音制作工具，能够完成AI语音生成、情绪调整、效果筛选与优化，并参与AI语音管线和制作规范建设； 3. 具备良好的中英文语音审美，能够判断台词的发音、语气、节奏、情绪和角色适配度； 4. 独立对接项目组、录音棚及外部供应商，提前识别制作与版本风险，推动语音内容稳定交付； 5. 自驱力强，乐于研究和分享新技术，持续优化语音制作效率与品质。

热爱游戏，了解游戏文化、玩家需求及游戏开发流程； 本科及以上学历，1~3年以上游戏语音、游戏音频或配音制作相关经验； 1. 具备扎实的音频基础和语音后期能力，熟练使用REAPER、Pro Tools、Nuendo等至少一种专业音频软件； 2. 具备选角、监棚、表演指导及游戏内语音跑测能力，能够独立负责项目； 3. 熟悉Unity，UE及Wwise、FMOD等音频中间件；有AI语音工具使用经验者优先； 4. 责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作、项目推进和抗压能力； 5. 英文能力良好，具备英文语音良好审美判断者优先。
