The posting

1. 3 年以上战斗或玩法策划经验，有完整玩法模块或核心玩法原型落地经验。 2. 对多人游戏中的传播性内容有较强敏感度。 3. 能把题材幻想转译为可玩的游戏机制，而不是停留在剧情设定或概念描述。 4. 熟悉 UE 项目常见制作流程，理解蓝图、行为树/状态树、DataTable、GAS、脚本、配置表或编辑器工具中的一种或多种。 5. 能将策划需求拆解为清晰的数据结构、功能模块、配置规则和验证流程。 6. 熟悉至少一类相关品类：搜打撤、PvPvE、开放世界、多人沙盒、生存游戏、战术射击、潜入玩法或开放关卡。 7. 具备较强的体验拆解能力，能说明一个玩法的目标体验、核心规则、玩家选择、失败成本和验证方式。 加分项 1. 有搜打撤、PvPvE、生存、开放世界、多人沙盒或战术射击项目经验。 2. 有警匪、犯罪、黑帮、抢劫等题材玩法设计经验或长期兴趣。 3. 熟悉《逃离塔科夫》《ARC Raiders》《GTA》等游戏的玩法结构。 4. 有从 0 到 1 设计局内事件、开放式任务、多人交互玩法设计的经验。 5. 能使用 AI 工具辅助玩法发散、竞品拆解、原型文档、测试反馈整理或配置生成。
