1. SDK端测试：负责公司自研游戏SDK的客户端测试，覆盖登录、支付和数据上报等模块，包括 Android、iOS多端的功能、兼容性和异常场景测试 2. 账号与支付接口测试：负责账号服务和支付服务的接口测试。 3. 测试提效建设：设计、开发并维护 UI 自动化（SDK 端）和接口自动化（账号支付服务）框架与用例，接入 CI/CD 流水线，建设 Mock 和测试数据工具，持续提高回归效率和覆盖率。 4. 团队管理：带领4名外包测试工程师，负责任务拆解和排期、测试用例评审、执行质量把控和能力培养，保证版本交付质量和进度。 5. 质量体系与流程：参与需求评审和技术方案评审，推动可测性改进。负责线上问题跟踪、定位和复盘，建设缺陷度量、质量看板等数据化手段，持续优化测试流程。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上测试开发经验，有 App 客户端和服务端接口测试经验，能独立负责项目的全流程质量工作。 2. 熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（Python / Java / Go），能独立开发自动化框架和测试工具。 3. 熟悉移动端 UI 自动化（Appium、Airtest、uiautomator2 等）和接口自动化（Pytest、Requests 等），熟悉 Jenkins/GitLab CI 等 CI/CD 流程。 4. 熟练使用 Charles/Fiddler、Postman、JMeter、adb、Xcode 等工具，具备抓包分析、日志排查和问题定位能力。 5. 熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等常用数据库和中间件，能通过数据和链路验证业务的正确性。 6. 熟悉测试理论和测试设计方法，对资金、账号类业务有较强的风险意识，擅长异常场景和边界场景的设计。 7. 有带团队或管理外包的经验，具备良好的沟通协调、任务拆解和推动落地能力。 8. 责任心强，工作细致，能主动发现和推动解决问题。
