1. 核心设计与产出：负责生存类SLG游戏中的角色原画设计，包括主角、NPC、敌方单位、兵种、英雄、怪物等角色设定； 2. 风格探索与规范： 1. 准确把握欧美写实风格，具备较强的造型概括能力、夸张设计能力和角色辨识度塑造能力； 2. 能够结合生存、建造、战争、末日、荒野等题材元素，设计符合游戏调性的角色形象与阵营视觉差异； 3. 根据项目世界观、美术风格和策划需求，完成角色从草图、方案探索到精修设定图的完整设计流程； 4. 负责角色三视图、细节拆解图、装备/道具设定、材质说明等美术设计文档输出，为3D角色制作提供清晰参考； 5. 配合3D角色、动作、特效等上下游团队，协助解决模型制作过程中的造型、结构、比例、材质等问题； 3. AI创作能力：在创作过程中，熟练的使用ai，提高自己概念设计能力的上限，在能熟练运用ai工具的同时，协作搭建ai设计管线 4. 团队与外包支持：参与角色需求的拆解，反馈标注（透视、结构、材质、光影等修正）与质量把关，提升团队整体产出质量与量产效率。

任职要求 1. 5年以上游戏角色原画相关工作经验，有完整上线项目经验者优先； 2. 熟悉欧美卡通风格，能够准确表现夸张比例、鲜明轮廓、趣味造型和角色性格； 3. 具备较好的3D视角理解能力，能够输出适合3D制作的角色设定图，包括三视图、结构拆分、材质说明等； 4. 理解3D角色制作流程，能够从模型落地角度进行设计，避免不可实现或实现成本过高的设计方案； 5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能够根据反馈快速调整设计方案； 6. 对生存类、SLG、模拟经营、末日题材或欧美卡通游戏有一定了解和兴趣； 7. 具备较强的审美判断力和学习能力，能够适应项目不同阶段的美术需求。

作品集要求 1. 请提供能够体现欧美写实角色设计能力的作品； 2. 如有3D落地案例，请附上原画与最终模型对比图； 3. 有生存、末日、SLG、兵种、英雄、怪物、NPC等相关设计案例优先。
