The posting

1、负责SLG项目大世界地貌、城建场景、战斗地形三大核心系统的地编制作、搭建与迭代优化，保障全场景美术品质统一。 2、精准理解整体设计意图与美术风格，独立完成地形雕琢、场景布局、材质制作、光影调校，高效落地标准化美术效果。 3、结合SLG城建、行军、战斗，地形对战等核心玩法，完成场景结构、地形参数、区域功能适配，兼顾美术表现与玩法体验。 4、按需承接场景3D建模相关工作，完成场景物件、地貌结构的制作与优化，补齐场景制作环节。 5、负责场景资源规整、轻量化优化、版本维护，严格遵守项目规范，配合团队稳定迭代与版本攻坚。

一、核心硬性技能 1、精通 Substance Designer（核心必备）：能够独立制作地表，建筑，大地图渲染等偏写实场景PBR材质，熟练完成纹理烘焙、参数调校、材质优化与资源复用，具备独立产出高品质全套场景材质的能力。 2、精通 Unity 引擎地编工作（核心必备）：熟练使用Unity完成大世界地形编辑、场景搭建、光影烘焙、后期调色、配合TA进行资源管理、性能优化，熟练适配SLG全场景制作流程。 3、具备扎实的3D建模能力：可独立完成场景基础模型、地貌及配套物件建模，能够按需承接建模工作，支撑场景完整落地。 4、熟悉SLG大世界、城建、战斗三大系统制作逻辑，懂玩法体验适配、懂场景模块化搭建、懂美术性能优化。

二、核心能力要求 1、具备优秀的场景美术审美，对对照建筑偏写实风格的质感、层次、氛围有良好把控力，产出风格统一、品质稳定。 2、具备极强的设计意图理解与落地能力，能够精准捕捉整体设计思路与风格方向，可将抽象需求高效转化为可落地、符合项目标准的成品效果，减少反复调整。

三、综合素质要求 1、责任心强、自律度高，对工作品质、进度、结果高度负责，主动自查、主动兜底、严谨细致。 2、团队认同感强、能与团队同心共进，稳定性高、愿意长期深耕项目，积极配合团队攻坚与迭代，服从整体项目节奏。 3、主观能动性强，主动发现问题、优化资源、推进工作，不被动等待安排。
