1. 负责Warpath项目的发行运营工作，深入理解产品、用户及核心业务数据，结合数据分析与用户体验判断，识别业务问题和优化机会。 2. 与研发、技术中台及其他合作团队紧密协作，推动产品功能、运营策略及用户体验持续优化，并跟进方案落地与效果验证。 3. 负责版本更新等日常运营工作的流程管理与风险把控，提前识别潜在问题，制定应对方案，保障项目稳定运行。 4. 对业务结果负责，能够在复杂或突发问题中快速判断、主动牵引相关团队解决问题。 5. 根据业务目标主动协调和整合内外部资源，推动目标达成。

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限；计算机、数学、统计学等理工科背景加分。 2. 具备3年以上游戏运营相关经验，有研发侧运营经验，或覆盖产品、技术、用户运营等多个环节的全流程项目经验者优先。 3. 具备较强的数据分析与业务判断能力，能够从数据中识别关键问题，同时结合产品理解和用户洞察形成独立判断，而非简单依赖指标变化得出结论。 4. 具备良好的产品意识、用户体验意识和风险意识，能够系统分析问题并推动解决。 5. 具备较强的责任心和Owner意识，面对复杂问题能够主动承担、清晰决策并牵引多方协作。 6. 具备良好的抗压能力，在复杂协作和突发情况下保持稳定判断和推进效率。
