负责欧美 SLG 产品用户增长全案，主导品牌定位、用增策略、创意主题、素材策略、海外品牌活动及 KOL 合作，打造差异化营销卖点，统筹创意内容产出与落地，匹配欧美市场审美，对用户增长结果负责。

岗位职责 1. 分析欧美 SLG 竞品营销打法与用户审美，制定全周期整合创意策略，提炼产品差异化卖点，搭建品牌营销体系。 2. 主导 FB/Google/TikTok 等平台买量视频、图文、脚本创意策划，把控素材质量并根据投放数据迭代打造爆款矩阵。 3. 策划线上品牌活动、KOL/KOC 合作、跨界联动及社区裂变，借欧美文化热点实现产品破圈曝光。 4. 统一把控全渠道品牌视觉 VI、宣传物料与落地页风格，审核创意合规性，统筹内外创意团队高效落地。 5. 追踪营销曝光、点击、转化等数据，定期复盘优化创意策略，跟进海外营销新趋势并创新玩法。

1. 本科及以上，3 年以上SLG产品营销策略、创意经验，深耕 SLG 品类，操盘过SLG产品营销全案。 2. 熟悉欧美市场文化、用户审美及海外投放平台规则，擅长品牌塑造与创意策划。 3. 懂 SLG 买量素材创作逻辑，有爆款素材策划及创意方向把控经验。 4. 优秀项目统筹、跨部门沟通能力，执行力强、抗压性高，能把控项目节点。 5. 英语流利读写，熟悉海外营销术语及 KOL 商务合作流程。
